Jake is a retired custom home builder and land developer from Connecticut, with a lifelong background in construction and engineering. Trained as a civil and structural engineer, his career has included a wide range of residential, commercial, and infrastructure projects, including work on a major reconstruction of the Golden Gate Bridge. He grew up in a family of builders, where craftsmanship, integrity, and problem-solving were everyday values that shaped my professional life.
